How do I place an order?
Step 1: Go shopping page
Step 2: Select the products of your choice from any Category. Select the quantity required and count.
Step 3: Click on ADD TO CART
Step 4: Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
Step 5: Fill out your ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER
Step 6: Choose a payment option most convenient to you
Step 7: Confirm & place your order.

After you order, we will pack it and make it ready for shipment. Once the order is dispatched from us, you will receive a text message in WhatsApp with tracking details.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. But if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse, we can assist you. Please WhatsApp us the details so we can help you.

All our products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless damaged or defective. To replace damaged or defective items, write to us at newlookherbs@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for exchange). Don’t forget to attach your order invoice and a picture of the damaged product.

All domestic orders are processed between 1-3 business days. You can expect the order to be delivered within 3-5 business days. For remote locations which are difficult to access, the order may take between 5-7 business days.
